GB1002 Artificial Intelligence User Stories and Use Cases R19.0.1

This is the outcome of TM Forum member collaboration to identify the uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Service Providers environment, and help catalog business and technical user stories, use cases and test cases. The guidebook is based on a structure that enables map user stories to use cases and then to identify test cases following a list of related uses of AI. It includes a standard template for capturing AI user stories and use cases, and provides a mapping to the Business Process framework using a hierarchical model that enable decompose a business need for realization.
