GB1021 AI & DA Management Standards Guidebook: AI Checklists v1.0.0

This document provides the latest iteration of a series of AI Checklists to support practitioners in the safe and effective deployment of AI systems at scale. The goal is to provide lightweight and practical prompts and guidance that ensure critical items aren’t forgotten at any stage in the AI lifecycle and to drive up the quality of AI management and governance practices. The process of designing checklists is iterative and successful implementation will depend on a combination of real-world evidence, expert opinion, and real-world evaluation. The checklists captured here are now considered to be ready to be exposed to use in TM Forum member organizations so that we may receive feedback from as broad an audience as possible. Such feedback will be used to improve the checklist in future iterations of this work.
