Anomaly Management is a new approach to proactive assurance. Bringing AI and Automation together to support zero-problem and zero-wait operations is an appetite of many TM Forum members. This report is part of the series of technical reports that build on the Closed Loop Anomaly Management (CLAM) use cases to identify integration and interface requirements that can enable members to collaborate in multi-vendor and multi-scenario product, service and resource assurance.

Anomaly Management is different from Problem Management and thus with the use of AI to detect and predict possible early warning signs of what may become problems, it is important that common capabilities and standards are agreed. The reference architecture for CLADRA presents a simplified view of the concerns that are relevant to automate the integration of multi-vendor components, as well as CSP components.
