IG1402 Blueprint of v5 Digital Maturity Model and Metrics v1.0.0

The Digital Maturity Model & Metrics (DMM) project is a cornerstone of TM Forum’s Digital Transformation program, offering practical tools to assist Communications Service Providers (CSPs) in navigating the intricate journey toward becoming Digital pioneers and rain-makers by leveraging ODA and cutting-edge digital technologies.

Prior to 2025, DMM versions were guided by a blueprint that identified clusters of opportunities for service providers, such as Digital Service Providers and Digital Service Enablers. This model has significantly aided CSPs in their digital transformation efforts. However, the foundational premise of the pre-2025 DMM has evolved, necessitating a major version update of DMM based on a new blueprint.

This updated blueprint aims to create an integrated maturity model landscape that aligns with organizational ambitions for digital transformation while incorporating emerging technologies like AI.
