TR308 Anomaly Detector ODA Component Requirements v1.1.0

This technical report captures the requirements for an Anomaly Detection component that is part of the Open Digital Architecture (ODA) intelligence management functional block. Anomaly detection software component support autonomous operations ambitions for zero-touch operators by detecting and resolving anomalies for general or specific domain contexts (e.g. product, service, network, Network performance, service quality, or customer experience etc.). The document also provides definition of the functional and non-functional requirements for the anomaly detector component, as well as the use cases, interfaces, and information models.
