GB1036 Inclusion & Diversity Score Toolkit v1.0.0

The Inclusion and Diversity Score (IDS) is a new assessment tool and maturity framework specifically dedicated to supporting organizations to, understand the current state of diversity and inclusion within their organization, and providing a framework to support their organizational I&D ambitions. The tool itself comprises a survey to all staff, and representational diversity data from HR information management systems. This information is assessed using our advanced formula, to identify particular ‘pain points’ for your inclusion & diversity activities, and provides a framework of possible interventions rated on a maturity scale. This toolkit will support organizations with the communications templates they require to launch IDS to their employees. The toolkit is in its first iteration and has been tested in the IDS Beta Trial with CSG at the point of publication.
