GB997A Digital Maturity Model v4.0.2

The TM Forum’s Digital Transformation Model (DMM), first launched in May 2017 and endorsed by leading CSPs and vendors, has gone through a major revamp, and now includes a 6th data dimension as well as redefined sub-dimensions and updated criteria and questions. It also includes a map to highlight the overall structure of the DMM and the dimensions. The DMM is the definitive telecommunications industry standard Digital Maturity Model.

This version of the Digital Maturity Model (DMM) includes a new tab entitled ‘Common Concepts’ that shows important information regarding the definition of the levels of maturity for the full DMM, as well as the maturity level definitions for the Lite version.
