This Document describes the approach to facilitate the access to and the contribution to TMF collaboration Projects: a huge effort is given by TM Forum members and TM Forum Staff to improve the business of the continuously evolving Telco Domain resulting in a huge amount of precious material  It is mandatory to  find the best way to enable its full and easy consumption by the members.
