This release of the Customer Experience Management Index (CEMI) now includes TMF066 — Customer Experience Management Index (CEMI) Technical Specification, which details the calculation model and select KPIs used to calculate the CEMI, a critical enterprise-level indicator of overall Customer Experience and TMF066A — KPI Addendum which enumerates the 10 selected KPIs per category selected as the initial set for calculating the CEMI.
