By developing a Maturity Model for Fraud Management, we aim to provide a tool that can help Communication Service Providers (CSP) to assess the maturity of existing Fraud Management process, and assist them in developing the practice, and progress to higher maturity levels in search of increased coverage, higher efficiency and effectiveness and delivery of better results in fighting Fraud.
In this second version an extensive closed-answer questionnaire is provided, organized by maturity topics and dimensions, designed to reduce the subjective nature of this type of tool and make it even more useful for describing the existing practice and benchmark it against other similar CSPs. As in previous versions, the model was developed together with other Revenue Management projects, in particular the Revenue Assurance project who pioneered this new approach. This way we aim to provide a model in which common areas are assessed using the same methodology even allowing part of the questionnaire to be reused.
