The TM Forum SLA Management team develops and maintains the SLA Management Handbook (GB917) which helps Customers and Service Providers build and manage effective SLAs.
The team also produces Application Notes and Technical Reports that apply GB917, as well as additional best practices recommendations for implementing SLAs in specific environment, such as VoIP (GB934) and Cloud (TR178) etc.
This exploratory report provides initial thoughts on the impact of end-to-end SLA management in a fully software-defined and virtualized environment, i.e., Cloud-SDN-NFV. The objective is to leverage years of knowledge and experience from the TM Forum SLAM work, and apply it to virtualized environments.
