Policy on Intellectual Property Rights

The TM Forum Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy governs the treatment of intellectual property in the production of deliverables by the TM Forum. This Policy applies to all Members of the TM Forum and their Affiliates. The TM Forum Board of Directors may amend this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of such change to this Policy, the Board will provide instructions for transition of membership and Collaboration Project Teams to the new Policy; however, no amendment to this Policy will be effective in less than 60 calendar days from the date that written notice of such amendment is given to the Member at its address of record with the TM Forum.
