TMF760 Product Configuration API User Guide v5.0.0

The scope of this document is to define the Product Configuration API exposed by the Product Configurator ODA component (TMFC027). The telecommunications industry has witnessed a significant shift towards digital customer engagement channels such as mobile apps and self-care portals. While these channels support a wide range of actions, ensuring consistency in product and pricing rules and policies across channels can be a challenge. CSPs must implement changes rapidly while keeping costs low, and consistency in product and pricing rules must be maintained regardless of the customer touchpoint.

To address these issues, the Product Configurator component exposes the Product Configuration API, providing sales representatives and customers with a fast and error-free product configuration capability across all channels.
