GB921 Business Process Framework (eTOM) Suite v24.0

The Business Process Framework is a reference framework or model for categorizing all the business activities that a service provider will use. It is intended to deliver reusable process elements to enable the construction of best practice or implementation of specific process flows for a wide variety of purposes.

This Release 24.0 is a release of the Business Process Framework Suite, integrated as part of TMF Forum ODF Release 24.0.  It is striving to ensure market relevance, Strategic Program alliance and internal alignment.
