This B2B2X Partnering Guidebook: Step By Step Guide follows on from the Partnering Guidebook Concepts and Examples and addresses how the Partnership Models agreed using that approach can be transformed into an industrial scalable solution through a series of PaDIOM (Partner, Design, Integrate, Operate and Monetise) lifecycle stages each using checklists to guide the activities and validate the output results from each stage.

It is aimed primarily at business people wishing to work with IT Architects, Implementers and operational people in a step by step approach through the use of check lists at each stage of the Lifecycle of delivering an operational service through the formation of a partnership.

Technical developers may also wish to use it in conjunction with the Developer Pack to check the outcome of the Design and Integration stages of the Partnership Lifecycle described with this document and the B2B2X Accelerator Introduction.
