Dealing with change coherently across the TM Forum technical program and into live deployment is a major challenge. Uncoordinated change can destroy confidence and prevent adoption. However change is inevitable in our converging industry and this report tackles the challenge of managing change head on.
The report provides a number of recommendations for the TM Forum technical program from a variety of perspectives and also provides justification and rationale for these recommendations, tracking them back to the core requirements.
This is only a start, there are many more challenges ahead, but change is something that can not be ignored.
