TR243 Privacy Management R16.0.1

This Release 16.0.1 of TR243 includes:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation and EU/US Privacy Shield
  • Privacy Management API
  • Updates to all sections.

Implementation/Adoption: There still remains a need for wider feedback from service providers, individuals (customers/end-users) and those engaged in developing and enforcing legislation, in order to guide and shape this project going forward. That said, the Privacy Dashboard, including the privacy management API, has been successfully integrated and demonstrated as part of a number of catalysts, most recently at TM Forum Live! 2016, where it was embedded in the Smart Insurance and Smart Health catalysts.
