GB1047 Digital Talent Maturity Model v2.0.0

The Digital Talent Maturity Model guidebook is one of a series of foundational documents produced by TM Forum’s People and Planet member projects. 

This document aims to provide an actionable framework to diagnose the organizational growth journey. It aims to bring an industry-relevant simplified maturity framework, which can be understood and implemented by CSPs and other ICT organizations, who aspire to leverage organization, talent and culture as key business levers. It also references and cites similar maturity models to supplement the existing models and provide a contemporary perspective & approach, which aims to be focused, realistic, and implementable. The objective of this model is to bring forth a solution, which can provide a viable and comprehensive approach to maturity assessment, on organization, people and culture aspects.
