GB1047A Digital Talent Maturity Model v3.0.0

As a CSP undertaking digital transformation I want to benchmark my organization/staff performance against the industry best-in-class so that I may determine and prioritize the areas needing improvement. The model should:

1. Facilitate a holistic consideration of my organization’s digital transformation strategy through a systematic process that encompasses talent and cultural aspects
2. Encapsulate key stakeholder perspectives (such as business and HR) to encourage conversation toward a unified digital transformation plan.
3.  Deliver relevant evaluation tools to self-assess my maturity level, identify transformation gaps and provide practical suggestions for improvement
