IG1328D Concept to Reality Data Collaboration with Connected Car Example v2.0.0

The Ecosystem Concept to Reality framework (produced in Phase 1) provided a blueprint to help accelerate and de-risk the innovation stages of concept to design for new telco business opportunities beyond connectivity.  The framework provided a library of templates as a practical guide  including in places, different options for how to achieve an outcome.   The expectation here is that initial feasibility assessments for Ecosystem based opportunities will be light weight, while those later in the cycle will have more depth.
