TMF409 Release Notes Template, Version 3.0

The TMF409 Release Notes Template is packaged within a single zip file titled TMF409_ReleaseNotes_Template_v3.0.zip. This zip file contains 3 documents:

• The first is TMF409_ReleaseNotes_Template_Instructions_v3.0.doc, (this document) which is the guide or instruction part of the template explaining how and when to use the template. It also contains a document history of changes to the template.
• The second document is TMF409_ReleaseNotes_Template_v3.0, which is the actual template to be used. This should be populated with the content of the actual Release Notes being produced, and headers/footers/titles/etc should be filled in appropriately.
• The third is TMF409_ReleaseNotes_Frameworx_Template_v3.0, which is a specific and further developed template intended to improve adoption by driving all the Frameworx Release Notes into the same format, making it easier for members to move from one Project’s output to the next without style changes.

These templates can and should be used to make certain that the needed sections are provided, and that the format conforms to the TM Forum standard.
