Omnichannel & Customer 360 View Toolkit
Overview
The Omnichannel & Customer 360 View Toolkit provides three key assets that focus on omnichannel and the view of a customer and includes a guidebook that explores the 360 Degree view of the customer from various angles to facilitate advanced analysis in order to gain additional insights about the customer. Also included is an omnichannel guidebook that introduces the key imperatives for omnichannel implementation as well as a guide for communications service providers that explores AI-driven 360 degree customer profiles to help create highly successful customer engagements.
