Overview
The Open Digital Experience project work at TM Forum focuses on evaluating and implementing the experience strategy for Open Digital Architecture (ODA) consumers and stakeholders. Its mission is to assess the value of AI-enabled ODA experiences and address any gaps, considering all ODA consumers, including service providers, partners, employees, and customers.
