A DunningNotification is a communication or joint activity from the Telecommunication Operator to the customer to ask for a CustomerPayment or negotiate a PaymentPlan.
The relation resulting from a DunningCaseRule might be
•    either only from the telecommunication operator to the customer (Ex: send a SMS)
•    or in both ways (Ex: a CSR call the customer to negotiate a PaymentPlan).
