This class implements the semantics of the BrokerCoordinates association, which defines which PolicyServers are coordinated by which PolicyBrokers.
This association defines the set of PolicyServers that this PolicyBroker coordinates the actions of.

Integer	brokerCommMethod	This is an enumerated integer that defines the communication method used between the PolicyBroker and the PolicyServers that it coordinates the actions of. Values include: 0: Not yet established 1: Telnet 2: COPS 3: Proprietary Protocol
«baseType» TimePeriod	brokerCoordinationTimePeriod	This attribute defines the start and end times (in the form of time stamps) in which this PolicyBroker has the authority to coordinate the actions of this PolicyServer.
