<li><font color="#29313b">For Administration purpose, it can always be used by the company (ALWAYS rule),</font></li><li><font color="#29313b">For Information purpose: by default, the company can use it, but the Customer can refuse the use of it (OPT-OUT rule),</font></li><li><font color="#29313b">For Marketing purpose: by default, the company is not authorized to use it, but the Customer can authorize the use of it and in this case after 3 months the use of it is again unauthorized (OPT-IN rule),</font></li></ul>
