A Budget is a global class which contains the different budgets allocated to at least one Party. The Party might be an Organisation. A Budget might be split into several parts related to a sub-division of the initial Budget.<br/>A CompositeBudget is broken down into Budgets atomic or not.<br/>To find examples of CompositeBudget refer to the Marketing Campaign ABE.<br/>A Budget specifies the unit used for each amount: allocated, forecasted and achieved.<br/>
