This is a concrete base class that is used to define the invariant characteristics and behavior (attributes, methods, constraints, and relationships) of a PolicyEventComposite entity.<br/><br/>PolicyEventSpecComposite entities are specifications that define the invariant characteristics and behavior of a group of related PolicyEvents.
