The Enable Service Support & Operations processes manage the design of any improvements or changes required to the service operational support processes to support the investment proposals and new service capabilities and infrastructure. The processes ensure the identification of operational support groups, required skill sets, and availability of appropriate training programs. These processes ensure the identification, collation and coordination of support requirements from all approved investment proposals, and from any operational support shortfalls identified in the Capture Service Capability Shortfalls processes.<br/>
