Community Relations Management processes are responsible for ensuring the enterprise’s position within the community, or communities, within which it operates. This includes local activities with, and financial and other support for, schools, libraries, hospitals, emergency services, etc.; concern for the immediate environment; visibility at local events; etc. This area also communicates the desired messages about the enterprise to the community that the enterprise operates within, as well as to employees from a global enterprise standpoint. These processes also handle contact with customer interest groups and customer representatives, as well as dealing with public relations and community relations contacts made to the enterprise. These processes also influence the privacy policy for the enterprise.<br/>
