Customer Information Support::Collect and Qualify Customer Information

The Collect and Qualify Customer Information Aggregate Function concerns the management of our knowledge of the individual customer to keep or produce an up-to-date, accurate and legally compliant Customer information. <br/><br/>It will incorporate into the customer profile, all relevant information gathered through all contacts with the customer (demographics, life stage, household, community of interest, business direction) and customer experience offered (quality of service experienced, customer inquiries).<br/>Customer and market information from other sources may be gathered, which will build a better understanding of the customer.<br/><br/>Customer Information must be made available to any process that needs to access it. <br/>This customer information will be used to continually refine the means and style of interaction, and the solution sets.<br/><br/>Knowledge and consent of the party may be required to store any collected information and to use it (example: opt-in).<br/>
