The Customer Order Commercial Eligibility Aggregate Function validates that the Offer & products specified on the Customer Order, are available and feasible from a commercial and functional point of view. It includes: • Commercial Eligibility with commercial compatibility with the already customer installed Offers and with customer profile (age, location, …) • Functional Eligibility with functional compatibility with the already customer installed Products. • Customer Credit Eligibility check, considering the payment history and the credit scores for a Customer, only the predictive credit score for a Prospective Customer. The technical feasibility at the product level is verified relying on the Service Availability function.
