Customer Order Management::Customer Order Orchestration

The Customer Order Orchestration Aggregate Function provides workflow and orchestration capabilities at the Product Order Item level to deliver a dedicated Customer Order. <br/><br/>Orchestration can take into account :<br/>• Constraints between Product Order Items inside the Customer Order, or successive Customer Orders including modification or cancellation (in-flight changes)<br/>• Any type of business rules based on information even external to the Customer Order. For example : high level of priority for VIP customers<br/>• Triggering of exception process or delivery planning update, depending on Customer Order or Service Order events.<br/>
