The Customer Loyalty and Retention Analysis function undertake trend analysis on loyalty and retention, including customer acquisitions and churn.<br/>It comprises:<br/>• Follow-up of the churn rate: Development of a report in order to measure by period (periodicity: weekly, monthly, yearly…),<br/>• The number and rate of terminations by offer and product,<br/>• The trend of the churn rate according to the previous periods,<br/>• Prediction of the churn (anticipate in order to minimize the attrition): identification of the potential churner profiles from a predictive model analyzing the churner profiles according to the previous periods.<br/>
