Product Performance Commitment Follow-up : Public <<TMF_AF>> Aggregated Function
The Product Performance Commitment Follow-up Aggregate Function compares the Quality of Service provided to customers against the SLA Agreement and determines possible customers compensations according to tariff rules associated with the SLA product (service level, recovery time objectives, escalation options…). It relies on indicators and measures, of performance and availability provided by the network domain, or related to trouble ticket management (for example trouble processing time). It checks that the Quality of Service meets the required thresholds, provides Quality of Service and performance reports.<br/>
