Product Trouble Ticket Management : Public <<TMF_AF>> Aggregated Function
The Product Trouble Ticket Management Aggregate Function allows to record and monitor failures on product(s), resulting from the qualification of a problem declared by the Customer.<br/>Product Trouble Ticket Management functionalities include:<br/>• Verifying customer – or user – authorization to declare a Product Trouble Ticket<br/>• Completion and validation of the Product Trouble Ticket<br/>• Identification of the internal actor or team in charge of the Product Trouble Ticket management, follow up and reporting to the customer<br/>• Product Trouble Ticket lifecycle management<br/> Example: it can be necessary to ask customer validation, via Product Test, before closing the Product Trouble Ticket<br/>• Information and possible reporting to the customer during the process<br/>• Escalation procedure.<br/><br/>When a failure noticed on an installed service or resource may impact an installed product - or a set of installed products functioning, Product Trouble Ticket(s) can be initialized to permit personalized information of the concerned customers and to apply SLA conditions.<br/>
