The Loyalty Account Management Aggregate Function is specific to Loyalty Products which imply to count advantages in units such as points. It encompasses:<br/>• Loyalty account management: enables the consultation of the balances, the follow-up of points usage, and validity periods.<br/>• Earn module: it enables to trigger the Loyalty Actions, identified by the Loyalty Events Management function, which modify the balance. It can take into account various event types (Product subscription, Telco usage, product purchase, qualitative surveys fulfilled, consumer life – e.g. birthday / subscription date…) and transform the events in points or reward value according to business rules (use of a rule engine).<br/>• Burn module: the gained reward value / points represent an accounting value that can be used by the consumer as payment mean, according to the Offer & Product Catalogue rules. The reward can take many forms: rebates / discounts, Telco / no Telco gifts, charity gifts, Telco vouchers, partner vouchers, cash back, etc.<br/>
