Loyalty Events Management : Public <<TMF_AF>> Aggregated Function
The Loyalty Products are defined in the Product Catalogue, and part of Loyalty Programs that cope with the consumer recognition, the consumer life cycle and promotes the usage development, the attachment to the brand and the discovery of new products. <br/><br/>The Loyalty Events Management Aggregate Function permits to:<br/><ul>
<li>collect the events defined by the Loyalty Product (nature and perimeter). Examples : monthly international usage volume, amount of the invoice, customer orders, interactions, customer birthday,</li><li>evaluate the related Loyalty Rules. Example: if the amount of the invoice is higher than 50,</li><li>and trigger Loyalty Actions. Example: customer order of 100 SMS free, interaction to notify the customer of a discount, add 100 points on the Loyalty Account.</li></ul><p/>
