Service Order Management::Service Technical Solution Identification

The Service Technical Solution Identification Aggregate Function identifies the technical solution to apply (RFS Specification and/or Supplier Product Specification) to deliver the ordered service (CFS) - up to the resources types needed (Resources Specification) and related operations - according to: <br/>• the configuration and/or location of the ordered service (CFS),<br/>• the articulation between CFS and RFS described in the Service specification repository,<br/>• the articulation between CFS operations and RFS operations described in the Service specification repository,<br/>• the potential engineering rules of choice if several RFS can fit in with the CFS, as described in the Service specification repository, <br/>• the potential constraints related to the existing - or simultaneously ordered - customer equipment type,<br/>• the services and resources repository.<br/><br/>The service inventory keeps the links between the CFS and each chosen element of the technical solution – RFS specification and resource specification or Supplier Product specification.<br/>This function can also be used in a study phase for the design of non standard services, mainly for B2B market needs, and the definition of a new technical solution, more often by assembling elements of existing technical solutions (and adding specific equipments).<br/>
