Service Trouble Analysis : Public <<TMF_AF>> Aggregated Function
Service Trouble Analysis function permits to identify<br/>• the service trouble cause via diagnostic actions (Test, inventories and historic consultation, Workforce Intervention…) and interpretation rules of their results<br/>• the necessary resolution actions - or the best identified solution - to realize to solve the problem.<br/><br/>The identification of the service trouble cause can be made through:<br/>• Analysis of associated Service Trouble Ticket Information (first diagnostic)<br/>• Analysis of Service alarm events (fault of performance data …)<br/>• Issuing service tests, including one time tests or a series of tests over a period of time<br/>• Analysis of previous service test results , service usage historic, QoS historic, service platform logs, equipment logs, anomaly historics, etc.<br/>
