Work Order Management::Work Order Assignment and Plan

The Work Order Assignment and Plan Aggregate Function provides the functionality required to assign a WorkOrder (that corresponds to manual tasks) to staff members, and to plan it according to :<br/>• WorkOrder priority and due date<br/>• tasks planned duration and required skills<br/>• tasks location - and related constraints like opening time, security issues, … , and optimization of staff trips<br/>• workload / availability of technicians or other concerned staff members<br/><br/>There are two possible levels of assignment of a WorkOrder to a calendar entry :<br/>• first, the Work Order is assigned to a pool calendar, according to location and skills criteria.<br/>• secondly, the Work Order is assigned to one or several actors calendar according to real availability, tour planning (mobility management), specific location issues such as safety (e.g. presence of two people needed in some places due to the height of the equipment, and so on)<br/>In case of subcontracting, the operator only performs the first level of assignment, according to the agreement with the supplier.<br/>Back office activities too are only assigned at team level, and then ensure by team members through the team basket.<br/>
