Accounting Management::Subledger Accounting

An auxiliary account is one subdivision of a general account and concerns a third party account. It leans on an auxiliary journal which collects the credit / debit events. There are:<br/>• a purchase journal<br/>• a sales journal <br/>• banks journals (one per bank)<br/>• a cash book<br/>• a miscellaneous transaction journal<br/>• a payroll journal.<br/><br/>The auxiliary feeds periodically the general accounting under the shape of a single centralized aggregated book entry. <br/>The Subledger Accounting Aggregate Function:<br/>• limits the number of book entry by third party account<br/>• facilitates the accounting lettering<br/>• helps to the preparation of the balance sheet<br/>• favors the periodic accounting audit.<br/><br/>It includes the auxiliary Customer, Supplier and Stock accountancies.<br/>
