Evaluations and Career Management : Public <<TMF_AF>> Aggregated Function
The Evaluation and Career Management Aggregate Function treats about individual management of career and performance of an employee.<br/>Two main goals:<br/>• First: improve individual performance of each employee all along his professional career<br/>This goal relies on assessment processes consisting in a regular face to face meeting between employee and his manager in order to:<br/><ul>
<li>share and agree on individual goals,</li><li>measure employee performance results,</li><li>assess employee competencies and then, </li><li> identify training development actions.</li></ul> • Second: manage and propose development career plan based upon competencies management <br/><ul> <li> proceeding to a follow-up of individual career data details to see and track individual career evolution,</li><li> helping in displaying to employee internally needs that could match to employee wishes.</li></ul> <br/>It is based upon a shared group master data referential managing Jobs and Competencies that is updated according to company policy strategy.<br/>It gathers the following sub-functions:<br/>• Setting (and sharing) individual Goals,<br/>• Performance individual assessment,<br/>• Company Jobs and Skills master data management <br/>• Gap assessment between awaited and owned employee competencies <br/>• Employee assignment to key company jobs.<br/>
