Human Resource Human Capital Management::External and Internal (Mobility) Recruitment

The External and Internal (Mobility) Recruitment Aggregate Function is in charge of finding, allocating and ‘making ready’ the ‘right’ resources at the right time to target areas of the business.<br/>It consumes and stores standard CVs and provides services permitting selection of profiles (including interviews results, candidate choice…). <br/>This function also provides job offer search and display. This function includes the mobility for internal applicants and covers internal mobility inside the same company of the CSP group or between companies of the CSP Group. Special transfers to national and local government services are also taken into account by this function. <br/>It includes Job Offer Management, Applicant Management, Job Application Management and Applicant Pre-Hiring.<br/>
