Human Resource Social Management::Social Protection Management

This Aggregate Function covers the management or the taking account of the social protection systems: life insurance, disability insurances, employers’ liability insurances, occupational diseases insurances.<br/>This function doesn’t cover the financial part of the contracts and funds functioning operations. In all the countries, these operations and the associated managing system are directly provided by insurance companies.<br/>Nevertheless, in some countries (UK), the CSP HR actors have to make specific operations and controls about social security contribution. These operations and controls are covered by the “Social security management” function in the HR Administration functional block.<br/>
