Customer Risk Mitigation Scenario Definition Function is meant to define an array of actions, related to triggering conditions such as threshold(s) of billable amounts defined according to risk level, to avoid bill shock.<br/>For example, the following actions are to be applied to high risk customers:<br/><ul>
<li>If billable amount is higher than average invoice by 10%, send an SMS to notify the customer to call the customer center.</li><li>If lack of customer response, call the customer,</li><li>If customer cannot be reached, bar all outgoing calls.</li></ul><p/>
