Resource Trouble Lifecycle Management Function tracks and manages the events and the lifecycle related to the Resource Trouble (for example when the resolution is ended) and Trouble Ticket. Note: palliative actions at Resource Trouble level can be enough to close the associated Service Trouble(s), even if final actions have to be planned and executed before the closure of the Resource Trouble itself.<br/>
