The problem this proposal addresses is the inefficiency and fragmentation present in existing digital platforms when it comes to onboarding and integrating diverse industry partners. These platforms often fail to provide seamless B2B, B2C, and B2B2X services, resulting in several critical issues: * Fragmented Service Delivery: The lack of a unified approach leads to disjointed service experiences for end-users, diminishing overall satisfaction and engagement. * Suboptimal Business Growth: Without cohesive integration, industry partners face significant challenges in scaling their operations and expanding their market reach. * Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Challenges: Ensuring consistent and reliable revenue streams becomes difficult due to the inefficiencies in service integration and delivery. * Additionally, there is a significant untapped tourism potential in Sri Lanka, particularly in the Colombo Port City. The tourism industry faces its own set of challenges, such as inefficient service coordination, limited access to innovative technologies, and poor user experience. This project aims to address these difficulties by providing an integrated platform that enhances service delivery and leverages AI-driven innovations to create a superior user experience for tourists, ultimately boosting the tourism sector's growth and contributions to the economy
