In the past three years, there have been many serious network accidents within major carriers, causing huge economic losses and serious brand impact. AIS and HKT will develop into a Cognitive Techco service provider in Thailand and China/Hong Kong, plans to build a leading L4 autonomous network to support business development to face the resilience challenges. Global Telecom Operators are facing lots of challenges in network security and resilience, which affects lots of customers and executives. (In 2023 alone, we have seen lots of figures from various public information channels, such as at least 71 regulatory compliance issues, at least 60 serious business continuity issues, at least 14 data security issues, at least 17 operators were required to rectify or suspend, over 25 executives affected, and at least 30 operators with economic loss over US$10 million.) The reasons are as follows: network architecture corruption, network scale and complexity greater than human limits, and APT attacks.
