Telco Metamorphosis through culture change using AI & Gamification as Levers

The transition from telco to techco also requires the change of paradigm and culture from network-out to customer-in. This requires number of associated changes bringing in ecosystem partners, edge innovation, agile practices etc. All of these go against the traditional model of the telco, inhibiting the techco journey, even regressing in cases. Readiness to make the techco journey (via quantifiable readiness index), duration and the needs of journey and relative position of the telco in that journey, are not clear. This Catalyst helps the telco identify the starting position. This requires a clear view of the gaps and a means to fill the gaps. The output of this Catalyst will also provide the means to locate the gaps and develop a plan to fill them. Tools to build and manage the journey in terms of mindset, talent, skills, processes, controls, management and transition points empowering leadership to make data-driven talent decisions, creating a sustainable strategy. The innovation lies in the use of organizational data, gamification and AI. AI dynamically maps skills, identifies gaps, and recommends personalized career paths for continuous learning. Gamification elements like skill challenges, mentorship matchmaking, and rewards systems enhance engagement, driving a culture of collaboration and innovation.
